2027 Camp Cadet Applications Now Open
Northeast Florida Camp Cadet is now accepting applications for the 2027 Camp Cadet Program.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 12–15 years old on the first day of camp
- Be willing to participate in a variety of physical fitness activities
- Meet the program’s grooming standards:
- Males: Hair must not extend below the eyebrows, ears, or shirt collar.
- Females: Hair must be able to be secured away from the face, such as in a ponytail.
Required Application Materials
Applicants must submit the following:
- Completed Camp Cadet Application
- Medical Addendum (included with the application)
- Current Sports Physical (a recent school physical may be accepted if applicable)
- A 500-word essay titled: “What Leadership Means to Me”
Application deadline has been extended. Early submission is encouraged.

After all application documents have been received and reviewed, qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview with the Northeast Florida Camp Cadet staff.
